1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms are used with the meanings given below throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" means the cj99 website, mobile version, and all associated services.
• "User" or "Member" means any person who has registered on or is using the platform.
• "Account" means a user's registered personal profile on the platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means placing money on any sports or casino game.
• "Bonus" means promotional funds or free spins provided by the platform.
• "Wallet" means the real money and bonus balance held in an account.

2 Eligibility to Use the Platform

cj99 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. This process may require submission of a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password and login details secure. If unauthorised access to an account is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on cj99 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposited funds are generally credited to the wallet instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

cj99 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction in cases of fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms. Any dispute regarding a transaction must be raised through the support team within 30 days.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Before this bonus can be withdrawn, the combined total of the bonus and deposit must be wagered 15 times (15x).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
• Bonuses must be claimed through a single account only.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household, device, or IP address are not permitted.
• cj99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without notice.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

The cj99 VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback is paid at each tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.6% at Silver, up to 0.9% at Gold, and up to 1.2% at Platinum. Advancement to a higher tier depends on a user's consistent activity and loyalty to the platform.

6 Betting and Gaming Policy

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are considered final once confirmed. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the staked amount will be returned to the wallet. cj99 reserves the right to investigate and review any suspicious or unusual betting activity.

6.2 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international matches), football, kabaddi, and other sporting events. Odds in live betting change in real time, and a bet cannot be changed once it has been confirmed.

6.3 Casino Games

Users may participate in live casino, slot machines, fishing games, and other casino products. The game providers' own rules will also apply. The outcome of any game is determined by a fair and unbiased process.

6.4 Bet Cancellation and Disputes

cj99 reserves the right to cancel bets placed on clearly erroneous odds. Any dispute must be reported to the support team within 72 hours of the event occurring. cj99's decision will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Placing artificial bets for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or manipulate its software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third-party payment account.
• Stealing or misusing another user's account credentials.
• Placing bets using automated bots or programs.

8 Limitation of Liability

cj99 accepts no responsibility for the following:

• Loss or damage to a game or bet caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Delays or errors related to third-party services (game providers, payment gateways).
• Account credential theft resulting from a user's own negligence.
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.

cj99's maximum liability to any user for total losses will not exceed the amount that user deposited in the preceding 30 days.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

10 Responsible Gaming

13 Account Suspension and Closure

13.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any user who wishes to close their account may contact the support team. Before the account is closed, any active bonuses will be cancelled, and the balance will be returned subject to applicable withdrawal conditions being met.

13.2 Closure at cj99's Initiative

In the event of a breach of these Terms, cj99 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. In such cases, the bonus balance will be forfeited; whether any remaining verified real-money deposit is refundable will be decided on the basis of an investigation.
